Experience

I have been working as a hairdresser for about 25 years. I attended the Aveda Institute when it was still called Horst Education Center back in the day. I've always worked around the South Minneapolis area, and Jeff and I decided we wanted to try our own thing back in 2007 and that's how The Hair.e.tic got started.

At home

I live in the Powderhorn neighborhood of Minneapolis with my dog, Cooper. I have a son that lives in New Orleans and a daughter that lives here. I also have many wonderful friends that I consider my family!

my dream day off...

My ideal day would be hours on my bicycle and then a 60 minute yoga class at Modo Yoga, followed by a delicious meal with an ice cold beer!

I mean, a quick trip to Big Sur wouldn't be the worst day either.

When I'm not in the salon, I indulge my creativity by...

Decorating my home, visiting antique stores, attending events.

I find creativity everywhere I go, that's just how my brain works.
